  • Does ACE insure personal watercraft (jet skis)?

    ACE offers a very competitive program for insuring personal watercraft (PWCs). To learn more, click the Personal Watercraft Insurance link.

  • Will you insure me if I charter my boat?

    ACE has policies for boat owners who charter their boats to others for private pleasure purposes with six passengers or less. Whether you charter your boat occasionally or full time, we have a policy to suit your needs. To learn more, go to the Yacht Insurance Services section of our website and review the type of charter policies that we have to offer.

  • How do I obtain an insurance quotation?

    If you would like to obtain an insurance quote for a boat, yacht or PWC, use our locate an agent feature to find the ACE Recreational Marine specialist agent closest to you, and contact them to request an ACE quote.

  • How do I request a change to my ACE USA policy?

    If you need to make a change to your ACE USA policy, please contact your agent or broker who will be happy to assist you.

  • What do I do in the event that I have a loss?

    You may either report your claim to your agent or broker who will take your information and immediately notify us or you may report your claim directly to ACE Recreational Marine Claims by calling toll-free 800 433-0385. Complete instructions for reporting a claim, including our toll-free number to report claims after regular business hours or on weekends and holidays, can be found under Instructions for reporting a Recreational Marine Claim in the Marine Claims & Recovery section of this site.

  • Where do I mail my premium payments?

    If you received a bill from your insurance agent or broker, you should remit payment directly to them. If you received a bill from ACE USA, you should return your payment in the envelope provided. If you do not have the return envelope, please mail your payment along with the remittance stub to:

  • Can you accept credit card or electronic payments?

    Yes, you may pay your insurance premium electronically using a credit card or by setting up automatic deductions from your bank account. Click here to learn more about paying your premium electronically, or call us toll-free at 800 847-5442 (Mon. - Fri. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time) if you would prefer to speak with a customer service representative to pay by credit card or ACH.

  • How can I check on my payment/billing status?

    Please call the ACE USA Financial Center in Wilmington, Delaware for assistance. The toll-free number is 877 490-7427. You will need to have your ACE USA policy number available when you call.
