Claim Services

Our claim services for pleasure boats, yachts and marine facilities include:

• First party losses involving yachts and small craft hull and machinery damage. These losses usually involve:
  
  • Sinkings
  • Collisions with fixed structures and floating objects as well as other vessels
  • Weather and storm-related damage
  • Ingestion of foreign objects into engines
  • Theft and vandalism of the vessel, its equipment or personal effects
    
• Protection and Indemnity (liability) losses. These are collision liability losses including collisions with other vessels and damage to the property of others (docks, bridges, etc.) and third party loss of life and bodily injury.
  
• Claims involving injuries to paid crewmembers (such as Jones Act claims).
  
• Claims relating to environmental impairment/oil/chemical pollution liability.
