Prompt Reporting Means Prompt Claim Resolution
It is important to report a claim as soon as possible after a loss, accident or injury occurs. Just follow the instructions below.
Policyholders
You can report your claim by:
- Contacting your agent or broker, who will take your information and immediately notify ACE Marine Claims;
OR
- Reporting your claim directly to ACE Marine Claims. Use the Claims Office Directory to find the telephone number of the claims office for your state
In an Emergency
To report a claim after regular business hours or on weekends and holidays, call our toll-free telephone number: 800 523-9254.
Agents and Brokers
Report claims by phone or fax to the office shown in the Claims Office Directory based upon the state where the loss occurred, or office location of the assured or consignee in the event of an air/ocean cargo loss.
